About Me and My Blog

Sam is a beautiful soul inside and out, this is her testimony to her life story and all that she’s worked towards for others, blah blah blah blah blah….

Okay, I tried to write in the third person, and it did not work. SORRY! I left that skill behind when I decided not to pursue Journalism! A few things about me, myself, and I… This is like the worst thing I’m ever asked, especially in an interview. I LOATHE having to talk about myself, while simultaneously I cannot shut up about myself in other situations.

Let’s see… My professional career was most recently working for a local non-profit organization. Previous professional experience includes sales, sales lead conversion, recruitment, journalism, social media management, and communication. As a side weekend job for funzies and extra cash, I work at a local winery as a cashier (the discount is just pure coincidence).

I love to volunteer with my community, mainly with kids and animals, but I have nothing against anyone else. I just feel kids and dogs are less harsh and judgmental and I can be as silly and crazy as I want without having to be committed and I like that! I’m a firm believer in doing your best to be a decent human being to anyone and everyone you ever encounter.

I lost a decent chunk of my 20s to the pandemic (bullshit I know), not that I would have gone partying at the bars anyways, but still, I lost the opportunity, so poor me, okay?!

I believe in many “leftist” ideas like being pro LGBTQIA+ people should be able to be who they are and be able to love and marry who they love (unless they’re underage). I believe we as a collective society should try to figure out some form of sensible gun reform, I don’t want to have to constantly check for exits and look over my shoulder anytime I’m in public. I believe there is good behind socialized healthcare, considering the MAJORITY of the world does it, but MURICA, iykyk.

Now that I’ve thinned out some of the audience, welcome to the shit show, I’m so glad to have you here and I hope you’re at the very least entertained by some of what you’re about to read from me and at the most, are able to get something positive out of it.
